About Us It all started when my daughter got a horse…. Slowly, but surely I was sucked into it, first with minor repair projects, then building “a few” (70) cross country horse jumps for my daughter's stable and a neighboring stable. Next, I helped that neighbor design and build an indoor arena, then an outdoor. When the neighbor's neighbor saw the footing in the indoor they wanted me to do their arena, and when other people saw that job on Facebook, things took off.
I find these to be interesting projects. When I was young I was a heavy equipment operator, mostly grading parking lots and streets. I enjoyed the work, but drifted into college, worked as a computer programmer, then ran a small business for 30+ years. Now that I am "retired", arena grading is my chance to get back on the equipment. I find the laser grader amazing. When I was young and talented I could never attain anywhere near the level of precision of the laser grader. It’s the closest I’ve ever come in my whole life to being able to deliver perfection.
